The project, carried out for Preston based Parkinson & Hartley Ltd, is due for floor finishes in March 2018 and will consist of all communal corridors and staircases, plus the Laurent Perrier Function Suite all completed in bespoke woven Axminster carpet produced by Wilton Carpets. There will also be
LVT and 80/20 Twist carpet to the Bedrooms. The flooring works total approximately £90k and is due for completion in phased works by Summer 2018
